Medical Support Products has a 30 day return policy for items in new undamaged condition, with original packaging.  Please note, analyzers and sensors that have been opened and custom-built items are not returnable.  If products are able to be returned, customers will receive a refund for price of the product minus the 25% restocking fee. Freight paid by the customer is non-refundable.
Steps for Returns

1.   Obtain a RMA Number
Before returning any items, you must call to obtain a RMA number at 1-800-226-3783.  To be eligible for a return, a RMA number must be obtained before 30 days from the delivery date.  Please be prepared with your sales order number and an explanation of the problem.

2.   Ship your items to Medical Support Products Inc.
When you receive your RMA number, you will be authorized to ship your product in the original packaging to Medical Support Products Inc.  The customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the product to Medical Support Products Inc.  Please include your authorized RMA number on your shipping label.  Ship your products for return within 10 days of receiving your RMA number.

3.   Receive Credit for Your Return
Your credit card used at the time of purchase will be refunded after the product is received and processed.  Damaged products or products missing original packaging will not receive credit.  Refunds do not include shipping costs and are assessed a 25% restocking fee.  Refunds will be issued in 1-3 weeks.

How do I return and item?
All returns require a Return Mechandise Authorization number which can be obtained by calling our Customer Service at 800-226-3783. Once a RMA number is obtained, simply write this number on the packing slip inside the box and ship your items back to the address listed above. 

What is your shipping policy for returns?
Items returned as a result of an error by our company will be paid by MSP Inc. For all other returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How am I credited for my return?
Refunds will be processed after receiving returned items.
A refund to your credit card will be processed within 2-3 weeks.
You will be credited for the price of the order less any restocking fees and shipping costs.

How should I package my returns? Do I need the original packaging to return an item?
All items for return should be packaged in original packaging.

What is the restocking fee for items?
