The Pneupac Medic MRI/Transport Ventilator allows for direct setting of rate and tidal volume. The Transport (MRI) model provides the practitioner with a transport ventilator featuring integrated alarms. This ventilator allows the practitioner to set inspiratory time, expiratory time and flow to assure adequate volume and flow to the patient. It also allows for an FiO2 setting of either 50% or 100%. The SMMV/Demand feature monitors the patient's respiratory efforts. If spontaneous breathing is inadequate, the automatic ventilation cycling assures a minimum tidal volume is delivered. This ventilator also features integrated alarms for pressure and oxygen delivery.

The MaxO2 Vent™ utilizes a high-pressure drive with regulated, high internal resistance to control pressure and is considered a non-constant pressure generator. Simultaneously, the MaxO2 Vent™ produces a flow pattern that is constant in spite of changes in lung mechanics (inspiratory square-wave).
